So true!
Great post & great blog. I'll be popping back to have another read through!
Happy 6WS - and look forward to *seeing* you again next time!
Mine’s HERE!
LOLA:)
!
I have a classroom full of that kid. And as school gets closer to ending, they all think they're adults.
Happy 6ws!
hi nora... i'm glad you like both post and blog. thank you for the nice words. happy saturday!
so tell me julie... what made them think we're on the same level??? we give them everything they ask for, even work hard for it... then they complain. grrrrrrrr!!!
thanks for the comment :)
Oh, yes. Some things are non-negotiable. Why didn't they just say, "Put on clean underwear every day"? We plan for the routine, never knowing when calamity is in our future. If we thought we'd be in an accident, well then we'd just stay home every day. Oh, and don't wet the toilet seat.
Happy 6WS!
Yep!So true!
The trick is to completely ignore them when they complain, and only notice they're there when they behave more rationally. An effective game I play with my kids ;)
That, and the threats of duct taping them to a wall.
Just sayin'.
LOL...It's a tradition handed down through many many years I think LOL :)
So true !!
Caroline
I definitely prefer cheerfulness!
Happy 6WS!
