what you see is what you get
take it or leave it

 The basics:
Haiku is simple! It is 3 non-rhyming lines of 5, 7
, and 5 syllables respectively (a great way to use your fingers!)

LOL! Thank goodness my eyesight is not that keen! I'll put my glasses on later, I think.

Very cute haiku...thanks for the chuckle.

That's why I never wear my glasses in the bathroom.

Dang. My eyesight is so much better now, too ;)

You've captured my life philosophy with the last 2 lines. "What you see is what you get" is what I am with people - an open book. Take it or leave it is very much like my "love me or leave me (because I'm not going to change!)"

Well done!

quilly, wearing glasses in the bathroom ruins one's day. lol. thanks for dropping by. :)

yes jenn, we can't change for other people. it's a package- take it or leave it. we share the same principle.

thom, why would we care about what they think about us, right? what is important is how we see ourselves and if we like what we see, to hell with what others think. hehehe

thanks spice. i'm glad you like the haiku.

And if you don't like what you see in the mirror, you have two options: (1) don't look; (2) change!
