Weekend Funnies

HOW OLD ARE YOU?

Everyone grows old, right? So let's see how aging has changed (if it did)
our favorite cartoon characters...

Did you even recognize them???

Thoughts on Aging

Age is an issue of mind over matter.
If you don't mind, it doesn't matter.
~Mark Twain

You know you're getting old when everything hurts.
And what doesn't hurt doesn't work.
~Bob Hope

When I was young I was called a rugged individualist.
When I was in my fifties I was considered eccentric.
Here I am doing and saying the same things
I did then and I'm labeled senile.
~George Burns
(Just you and me Kid - 1979)

As you get older three things happen.
The first is your memory goes, and
I can't remember the other two...
~Norman Wisdom

DEAR JOHN

A soldier serving overseas far from home was annoyed and upset when his girl wrote to break off their engagement and to ask for her photograph back.

He went out and collected from his friends all the unwanted photographs of women that he could find, bundled them altogether, and sent them back with a note saying, "I regret that I cannot remember which one you are. Please keep your photo and return the others."

QUILLY, yes they are our 50 year old Tweety Bird and Barbie. Tweety Biird lost his signature smile. isn't that sad?

Too funny! I've seen some of them before, but they're priceless.

Your comment on my blog came up as "Amy" from some spammy "pricebonus" domain - I just about deleted it before I recognized the commentluv link under it... how weird is that?
