The Now vs. Then Meme (Sunday Stealing)

Cheers to all us thieves!

Sunday Stealing: Janana's Now Vs. Then Meme
It's been a while since we had to post rules. But here we will list the relevent ones:

*Think back to ten years ago on this month.
*Write truthful answers and ELABORATE. This makes it more interesting!
*If you don't have a scanner you may omit #14 but I think if you do you should totally do it!
*It's about personal changes. Have fun with it!

2. Romantic Status: happily married

3. Occupation: private practitioner in the legal profession

4. Fun night out: booze mltan100.blogspot.com and dancing mltan100.blogspot.com

6. I spent way too much time: at work and in the spa (me, I and myself)

7. I spent not enough time: with my kids

8. I wanted to be when I grew up: to grow up some more

9. Biggest concern: when and where my next vacation with hubby would bemltan100.blogspot.com

10. What my biggest concern should have been: finding more time to spend with my little kids

11. Where did I live: hubby's house

12. Dumbest thing I did that year: I spent too much time at work that I left my youngest kid (born that year) to the care of her nanny... I wonder if that was the reason why she didn't recognize me as her Mom on her first birthday. mltan100.blogspot.com What do you think?

13. If I could go back now and talk to myself I would say: "Know thy priorities."mltan100.blogspot.com

14. Picture of me then: none

Now: August 2009

7. I spend not enough time: for myself

8. I want to be when I grow up: same in 1999

9. Biggest concern: mltan100.blogspot.comTomorrow... see, I still worry too much! Not much has changed on this aspect.

10. What my biggest concern should be: Todaymltan100.blogspot.com

11. Where do I live: same house in 1999

12. Dumbest thing I have done this year: none... I think mltan100.blogspot.com

13. What I think I would say to myself in 10 years: "Well done, self... Well done!"mltan100.blogspot.com

Summary:

1. What do I miss most from 1999: marital bliss

2. What do I miss least from 1999: marital problems

3. What have I accomplished in 10 years that I am most proud of: I single-handedly raised 3 beautiful, intelligent, affectionate, well- mannered teenagers.

4. What have I NOT accomplished in 10 years that I wish I had: nothing... I have no regrets in life. I did everything I needed to do the best way that I could... I think.mltan100.blogspot.com

Yep....it's easy to do. That is, not spending enough time with our kids. They grow and leave home quickly.

My Sunday Stealing is posted if you can find time today to stop by and visit. Have a Super day ahead of you.

Wow..it sounds like you have evolved a lot over the past 10 years. It's funny how our priorities change after we hit 40.

Have a great Sunday!

But tomorrow is another day! Stop by when you get a chance! http://psychicmamaindigochild.blogspot.com/2009/08/stealing-sundaynow-and-then-meme.html
